Rosales Communications is proud to be a registered Conservation Service Provider (CSP) with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. This designation reflects our expertise and commitment to promoting energy efficiency and conservation throughout the state. As a CSP, we play a vital role in advising and supporting Electric Distribution Companies (EDCs) on the development and implementation of energy-saving programs and initiatives.
Our work as a CSP focuses particularly on engaging and educating minority and underserved communities about the benefits of energy conservation. We understand the unique challenges these communities face and tailor our outreach strategies to ensure that the information is accessible, relevant, and impactful. By bridging the gap between EDCs and these diverse audiences, we help to create more inclusive and effective energy conservation efforts across Pennsylvania.
